The most practical costumes in the shop. A hooded robe goes over whatever you are already wearing, which on a cold October night is worth a great deal, and the hooded masks mean no make-up and no preparation. Sizes are generous by design.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the robe fit over a coat?
Over a jumper or hoodie comfortably, and over a light coat in the larger sizes. These are the loosest-cut costumes we sell, which is exactly why they are popular for outdoor Halloween nights.

Can you see out of the hooded masks?
Yes, though peripheral vision is reduced. The fabric hooded masks are considerably better than full latex for anything involving stairs, roads or carrying a drink. We would not put a young child in a full latex mask unsupervised.

How scary are these?
Very. The faceless ghoul and reaper styles are among the most frightening things we stock and are not suitable for a young children's party. If you want the theme without the fear, the children's ghost costumes are much gentler.
