Monsters

Werewolves, ghouls, aliens and clowns that were never meant to be funny. Heavier on masks and hands than on head-to-toe outfits.

Most of the costumes are children's — scary pumpkin, vampire, horror clown, wicked clown and a toddler plush monster — from £19.99 to £40.99, with the men's faceless ghoul at £22.49 the main adult option. The masks carry the rest of it: a Freddy Krueger at £21.99, a hessian scarecrow sack at £8.99, a creepy baby with a dummy, LED monster masks and a studded alien hunter at £66.49. Werewolf and zombie hands at around £12 change a silhouette more than people expect, and they cost less than a second costume.

Have a look at masks, scary costumes, gothic horror, horror films and kids' costumes.

Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and it leaves us the same day. UK delivery is free over £30 and everything comes with 14 days to send it back.

Frequently Asked Questions

How scary are these for younger children?

The toddler plush monster is soft and cartoonish and suits little ones, but most of the rest is genuinely frightening — the creepy baby and scarecrow sack masks in particular. If you are buying for a primary school party, stay with the plush monster or a pumpkin.

Can you see properly out of the overhead masks?

The eye holes are cut to line up with your own eyes, so straight-ahead vision is fine but peripheral vision is poor. That matters most on dark streets and near roads, so an adult should walk with a child wearing one on Halloween night.

Do the werewolf and zombie hands fit over your own hands?

Yes, they are latex or fabric gloves that pull on and are made in one adult size, so they will be loose on a child. They cover to the wrist, so a long-sleeved top hides the join and makes the whole thing look far more convincing.
