Brown Shepherd's Staff

A brown shepherd's crook that screws together in sections, so it packs down small between nativity plays. The finish looks like weathered wood rather than shiny plastic, which reads much better on stage.

What's in the pack

• 1 x sectional shepherd's staff with hooked top

Sizing & fit

One size when assembled, and long enough for an adult to hold comfortably. For a small child, leave a section out or let them hold it further up the shaft so the crook does not tower over them.

Styling it

A striped tea towel headdress, a plain brown or cream robe and a rope belt are all you need with it. Hold the staff loosely at chest height rather than gripping it like a spear.

Care

Wipe with a damp cloth and dry it off. Do not soak it, as water can get into the joints. Take it apart for storage and keep the sections together in a bag so none go missing.
