One size, designed to fit most adults. Elasticated or adjustable where relevant.

Description

A chunky white bone prop, 46cm end to end, with the classic cartoon shape everyone recognises straight away. Light enough to carry about all night without it becoming a nuisance.

What's in the pack

One caveman bone prop, 46cm long

Sizing & fit

One size, 46cm long. That is roughly forearm length, so it hangs comfortably from one hand and still reads across a room in photos.

Styling it

Carry it over the shoulder with a fur-print tunic and bare feet or sandals. A second smaller bone tucked into a wig is the detail that usually gets the laugh.

Care

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Do not soak it or leave it near a radiator, and store it lying flat rather than propped against a wall where it may bow.

More like this

There are more things to carry in weapons and props, outfits to match in men's costumes, and wigs and beards for the look in accessories.

Safety: A costume prop, not a toy or a weapon. Do not swing it or strike anyone with it, and keep it away from children under three because of the size and weight.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's included?

One caveman bone prop measuring 46cm. Nothing else is included, so the tunic, wig and any other pieces of the caveman look need to be ordered separately.

What does one size actually fit?

One size items are cut to fit most adults, roughly a UK 8 to 16, and use elasticated or adjustable fastenings where they can. If you are outside that range, check the measurements in the size guide before ordering — one size is generous but it is not infinite.

Is this costume fire-safe?

All of our costumes are made to the toy safety standards required for sale in the UK and carry the appropriate labelling. That said, no costume is fireproof. Keep well away from candles, pumpkin lights, open fires and cookers, and never leave a child in a costume unsupervised near a naked flame. If you are lighting a pumpkin, use an LED tealight.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same day. Standard UK delivery is 2-3 working days and free on orders over £40. Next-day delivery is available at checkout up to 3pm. In the week running up to Halloween we recommend ordering by the Monday to be safe — couriers get very busy and we would rather you had it early.

Can I return it if it doesn't fit?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send anything back, provided it is unworn and still has its tags and original packaging. Start the return at fancydressclub.co.uk/returns and we will email you a label. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on wigs, fangs, cosmetics, prosthetics or hosiery once the packaging has been opened.
