Size Guide

Size	Fits
One size	Fits most adults, UK 8-16

One size, designed to fit most adults. Elasticated or adjustable where relevant.

Size

One size

Description

A single 30 metre roll of yellow barrier tape printed in black with crime scene lettering. Enough to run across a doorway, wind round a bannister and still have plenty left over.

What's in the pack

1 x roll of crime scene tape, 30m

Sizing & fit

One size. The roll holds 30 metres, so you cut whatever length you need and there is no fixed size to worry about.

Styling it

Tape off a doorway or the drinks table at an angle rather than straight across. Add a chalk outline on the floor and a couple of tombstones and the scene reads on its own.

Care

Not reusable once it has been stuck down and pulled off. Keep the roll dry and out of direct sun before use, and take lengths down slowly if you want to wind them back on.

More like this

It sits naturally alongside the rest of our Halloween range, and works well with the classic Halloween decorations. If you are building a detective or forensics look to go with it, have a look at uniforms and occupations and the props.

Safety: Decorative tape only, not a real barrier. Keep it clear of stairs and doorways where someone could catch a foot, and keep loose lengths away from young children.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's included?

You get one roll of crime scene tape, 30 metres long, printed in black on a yellow background. That is all that is in the pack, so there are no fixings, pins or dispenser included.

What does one size actually fit?

One size items are cut to fit most adults, roughly a UK 8 to 16, and use elasticated or adjustable fastenings where they can. If you are outside that range, check the measurements in the size guide before ordering — one size is generous but it is not infinite.

Is this costume fire-safe?

All of our costumes are made to the toy safety standards required for sale in the UK and carry the appropriate labelling. That said, no costume is fireproof. Keep well away from candles, pumpkin lights, open fires and cookers, and never leave a child in a costume unsupervised near a naked flame. If you are lighting a pumpkin, use an LED tealight.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same day. Standard UK delivery is 2-3 working days and free on orders over £40. Next-day delivery is available at checkout up to 3pm. In the week running up to Halloween we recommend ordering by the Monday to be safe — couriers get very busy and we would rather you had it early.

Can I return it if it doesn't fit?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send anything back, provided it is unworn and still has its tags and original packaging. Start the return at fancydressclub.co.uk/returns and we will email you a label. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on wigs, fangs, cosmetics, prosthetics or hosiery once the packaging has been opened.
