One size, designed to fit most adults. Elasticated or adjustable where relevant.

Description

An officially licensed Marvel face mask with a moulded Iron Man faceplate in metallic red and gold. It covers the face rather than the whole head, so it is easier to wear for a long party than a full helmet.

What's in the pack

One Iron Man face mask

Sizing & fit

One size, made for children. Try it on before the day and check the eye openings line up properly, since a mask sitting slightly low is the usual reason a child takes it off after ten minutes.

Styling it

Wear it with an Iron Man jumpsuit, or with a plain red top and a pair of gloves for a quicker version. Push it up onto the forehead at teatime rather than taking it off and losing it.

Care

Wipe the inside with a damp cloth after wearing and let it dry fully before storing. Do not soak it or put it in the washing machine, and keep it out of direct sun so the metallic finish does not fade.

More like this

There are more heroes and villains in our masks, full outfits in kids' costumes, and gloves and props to go with them in accessories.

Safety: Check the eye openings are clear before wearing, and take it off when crossing roads or on stairs, as side vision through a moulded mask is limited. Keep away from flames and do not use it as a toy.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's included?

One children's Iron Man face mask, and that is all. The costume, gloves and any light-up pieces are sold separately, so plan the rest of the outfit around it.

What does one size actually fit?

One size items are cut to fit most adults, roughly a UK 8 to 16, and use elasticated or adjustable fastenings where they can. If you are outside that range, check the measurements in the size guide before ordering — one size is generous but it is not infinite.

How do I store a latex mask?

Wipe the inside with a damp cloth after wearing and let it dry completely before you put it away. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from radiators, as heat and UV harden latex and make it crack. Stuffing it loosely with tissue helps it keep its shape between Halloweens.

Is this costume fire-safe?

All of our costumes are made to the toy safety standards required for sale in the UK and carry the appropriate labelling. That said, no costume is fireproof. Keep well away from candles, pumpkin lights, open fires and cookers, and never leave a child in a costume unsupervised near a naked flame. If you are lighting a pumpkin, use an LED tealight.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same day. Standard UK delivery is 2-3 working days and free on orders over £40. Next-day delivery is available at checkout up to 3pm. In the week running up to Halloween we recommend ordering by the Monday to be safe — couriers get very busy and we would rather you had it early.

Can I return it if it doesn't fit?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send anything back, provided it is unworn and still has its tags and original packaging. Start the return at fancydressclub.co.uk/returns and we will email you a label. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on wigs, fangs, cosmetics, prosthetics or hosiery once the packaging has been opened.
