Description

A red dragon half mask with scaled texturing, spiked horns, winged ears and fang detail. Because it covers only the top half of the face, you can talk and drink without taking it off.

One size, held on with a strap at the back and made to fit most adults and older teenagers. Knot the strap shorter for a smaller head.

Styling it

Keep the rest simple and let the mask do the work. A dark hooded cloak and a pair of clawed hands finish it off.

Care

Wipe the outside with a damp cloth and let it dry naturally. Do not soak it or leave it near a radiator, as heat will pull the moulded shape out of true. Store it face up with nothing resting on the horns.

What's included?

One dragon half mask with the horns, ears and fang detail moulded in as part of the piece. There is no wig, hood or bodysuit included.

What does one size actually fit?

One size items are cut to fit most adults, roughly a UK 8 to 16, and use elasticated or adjustable fastenings where they can. If you are outside that range, check the measurements in the size guide before ordering — one size is generous but it is not infinite.

How do I store a latex mask?

Wipe the inside with a damp cloth after wearing and let it dry completely before you put it away. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from radiators, as heat and UV harden latex and make it crack. Stuffing it loosely with tissue helps it keep its shape between Halloweens.

Is this costume fire-safe?

All of our costumes are made to the toy safety standards required for sale in the UK and carry the appropriate labelling. That said, no costume is fireproof. Keep well away from candles, pumpkin lights, open fires and cookers, and never leave a child in a costume unsupervised near a naked flame. If you are lighting a pumpkin, use an LED tealight.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same day. Standard UK delivery is 2-3 working days and free on orders over £40. Next-day delivery is available at checkout up to 3pm. In the week running up to Halloween we recommend ordering by the Monday to be safe — couriers get very busy and we would rather you had it early.

Can I return it if it doesn't fit?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send anything back, provided it is unworn and still has its tags and original packaging. Start the return at fancydressclub.co.uk/returns and we will email you a label. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on wigs, fangs, cosmetics, prosthetics or hosiery once the packaging has been opened.
