If you want the Halloween theme without the fear factor, the classic Halloween range covers witches, pumpkins and skeletons and gets a much warmer reception at a family event.

How scary is scary?
Genuinely frightening rather than mildly spooky. Blood, distorted faces and full-head masks. Fine for an adult party or an older child who enjoys being scared, unsuitable for a nursery or primary school event.

Are any of these suitable for children?

What make-up finishes these off?
Fake blood is the single biggest upgrade, and it is inexpensive. Latex prosthetics and zombie eyes take it further if you want something that reads properly close up rather than only from a distance.
