Sizes run XS to XXXL depending on the style, following European costume measurements — roughly one UK size smaller than the high street. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one. Most of these are two or three pieces plus a headpiece, so they hold up over a full evening rather than falling apart by ten o'clock.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size should I order?
Costume sizing follows European measurements and runs about one UK size small. Measure your bust and waist and check them against the size guide on the product page rather than ordering the size you normally buy. Between two sizes, go up — these are cut close and there is little give.

Can I wear my own shoes and tights?
Yes, and most people do. Costumes here do not include footwear or hosiery unless the product page says otherwise. Plain black tights work with almost everything; we also sell printed and laddered styles if you want them to be part of the look.

Which costumes work if I get cold easily?
The long-sleeved gowns and robes — witches, vampiresses, nuns and reapers — cover the most and layer well over your own clothes. Anything described as a bodycon dress is a single light layer and will want tights and a coat for the walk between venues.
