Frequently Asked Questions

Is this range warmer than the rest?
Generally yes. Velvet and brocade gowns are heavier and floor-length, which makes them among the more comfortable choices for an outdoor or draughty venue.

What shoes work with these?
Flat black boots or heeled ankle boots both work, and the floor-length hems mean nobody will scrutinise them. Avoid anything that will catch the hem on stairs.

How do I style it?
A long dark wig and a deep red or black lip does most of it. Lace gloves are included on several of these; if yours does not have them, they are worth adding.
