Which occasions do you actually cover?
Halloween is the big one, but the shop runs all year. There is Christmas, World Book Day, hen parties and stag dos, New Year's Eve, St Patrick's Day, Pride, festivals and decades nights from the 1920s to the 2000s. If an event has a dress code, there is usually a section for it.
How late can I leave it before the event?
Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and it leaves us the same day, so most UK addresses have it within a couple of working days. For Halloween week and the run-up to Christmas, give yourself a few extra days — those are the two points in the year when couriers are slowest.
Can I return something if the party falls through?
Yes. You have 30 days to send it back as long as it is unworn and still in its packaging. Wigs and make-up are the exceptions once they have been opened, for hygiene reasons.
